Whenever we issue an apartment contract for the Friends of the Chalet Goldblick, we make sure that the rent and other charges are easily detectable and calculable. Instead of a fixed price determined, we can split by the detail with the incidental costs directly to the individual friends into consideration.

• Tourist tax children CHF 1.25 per day |

• Parking: Restricted parking space in the municipal parking garage
• Cancellation insurance costs: 4% of the rental price

| The calculation of the total rental (including associated costs) is clearly stated in the contract and in two equal installments beginning before closing convenient connection by bank transfer.
